This yoga practice can improve mental clarity, control stress and anxiety, guide actions and emotions, increase vitality and stamina and regenerate the body.

In our classes you will find the tools to deal with the challenges and stress of everyday life. Classes are based on Kundalini yoga techniques that use eyes (drishti), hands (mudra), vibrations(mantra) and breath (pranayama) to create harmony between brain, mind and body. Each class includes warming up, breathing, set of static and dynamic postures, deep relaxation, and final meditation.The physical exercises will stimulate the left cerebral hemisphere (home of analysis and action). The final meditation, on the other hand, goes to stimulate the right hemisphere (home of intuition and natural response system to stress).
